Tuesdays - 7am Pilates Reformer (LVL 2)(NYSC-MA), 8am Basic/Intermediate Pilates (NYSC-MA), 10:30am Hatha Yoga (NYSC-GR), 12pm Yoga Flow (MS-PU), 5:30pm Intermediate Pilates (NYSC-SC), 6:45pm Pilates Mat (EQ-SC), 8pm Pilates Reformer (Level 1) (NYSC-NR)

Wednesdays - 9am Vinyasa Yoga (NYSC-NR), 11:30am Hatha Yoga (NYSC-LA), 4pm THE MUSE (EQ-MA), 5pm Hatha Yoga (NYSC-MA), 6:15pm Pilates Body (EQ-MA), 7:15pm Stacked! (EQ-MA)
